The Low Vision Devices are prescription items and can not be returned once dispensed.
 
There can be no refund on any magnifiers, eyeglasses, telescopic devices, or other items purchased from Low Vision of Illinois.
 
The use of each low-vision device will be carefully demonstrated to you.
 
Your eye condition can change at any time, suddenly rendering the low vision devices unusable.
 
Any devices purchased from Low Vision of Illinois have a 6-month warranty.
